I know on I Stock you can see how many people have downloaded a photo or even if it's "hot" right now. Not that doesn't change as time goes by. It is an interesting question though, why the same ones over and over! :)Aleahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05793307292393570181noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13444541.post-82217736640954078632010-02-20T09:25:14.329-06:002010-02-20T09:25:14.329-06:00Anna - We used to buy image rights all the time fo...Anna - We used to buy image rights all the time for ad campaigns, so I am no stranger to stock photos. You can get a good stock photo for around $8-12, but if you want exclusive rights, it might end up costing more than the advance the publisher gave the author! Exclusive rights can be very expensive - and in many cases while you can buy printing rights from stock sites, very rarely do they sell the actual EXCLUSIVE you're-the-only-one-who-has-this-photo rights. And even if they DID, there will still be people BEFORE that person who bought it that they can't very well take the rights away from!Anna Moorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17188791613216555458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13444541.post-7942017491419201092010-02-19T02:01:26.871-06:002010-02-19T02:01:26.871-06:00How does this keep happening? Plus when you look at it, knowing the barn WAS there, they did a kind of crappy job taking the barn out :/ And to be honest, I don't really prefer the photo in general. Can I pick neither?! Haha How about: I prefer the photo without the barn, but the font treatment on the one with it?! HahaAnna Moorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17188791613216555458noreply@blogger.com
