Giorgio Armani Perfume Ad
Guilty Pleasures by Tasmina PerryLike Eli told me, who suggested this one, it's hard to tell if this is the same photo shoot/model. The pose is so similar and the straps on the dress are too, the model's face and the pattern/bottom of the dress and the background are different though. It could be a photoshop job? Or maybe it's just a coincidence! I definitely see the book cover as softer and sleeker and after all that back and forth I think it might just be a coincidence. I guess I have to pick the book cover as my favorite, much better contrast and I like the sleekness.

definitely the book... its so weird though, the model looks like the same person but the dresses are so different!

ReplyDeleteI don't think the models look alike at all. The dresses are identical, and could be the same dress, just different patterns.
ReplyDeleteLaura- I noticed this morning (and sort of rewrote this post) that the dress cut is different on the back, but the straps are totally the same!

ReplyDeleteThe models and their dresses are totally different. I see the similarities though (= Interesting to see the same poses though. If I had to pick, it would be the book but I'm not really feeling either.

The Armani dress is way lower cut in the back.

the armani "model" is katie holmes. though the styling of the two pictures is similar they are def not photos of the same model, nor are they wearing the same dress. it looks to me that the book cover is trying to mimic the armani ad.
