To help you out here is the blurb!
An ancient prophecy divides two sisters-
One good...
One evil...
Who will prevail?
Twin sisters Lia and Alice Milthorpe have just become orphans. They have also become enemies. As they discover their roles in a prophecy that has turned generations of sisters against each other, the girls find themselves entangled in a mystery that involves a tattoo-like mark, their parents' deaths, a boy, a book, and a lifetime of secrets.
Lia and Alice don't know whom they can trust.
They just know they can't trust each other.
I would like to read this book because enquiring minds want to know who prevails???
ReplyDeleteBut basically, I want to shake those pom poms for the good gal!

WHat I like most about PotS is that the twins must become enemies rather than unite in their special twin powers to save the world like most twin stories.

My favorite part of the book is exactly what you said, Alea! I loved imagining myself in that time and wearing those clothes. The author did the best job in writing that book. Can't wait to read the next two in the trilogy! :)

I really want to win this book because I am SO CURIOUS (besides the fact that the story sounds uber good) to see what happens, and twins are always interesting reads (as an aside - The Thirteenth Tale was A SUPER 'twin' story)
Thanks for the chance to win and have a wonderful weekend :)
I haven't had the opportunity to read this yet, but I would love too! It looks great!
