Heartsinger by Karlijn Stoffels Amy by Any Other Name by Maureen Garvie
Definitely a tie for me. I like the soft addition of color in Heartsinger but like the wide open white in Amy by Any Other Name.
Which do you prefer?
Thanks to
Yan and
Becky for pointing out this lookalike!

Heartsinger for sure. The colors are better.
ReplyDeleteHeartsinger because of the colors and the frame!
ReplyDeleteI think I actually like Amy By Any Other Name better - the simple frame works better with the photo in my opinion. Although I like the text treatment on the Heartsinger cover better.
ReplyDeleteHeartsinger -- I like the colors and the brightness.
ReplyDeleteInteresting that it looks like they removed her freckles in the first one! I like the second one better because of it.

I prefer the first one better, the picture is clear and the font is nicer.
ReplyDeleteI don't like the type treatment on Amy at all. So Heartsinger for me.
ReplyDeleteI posted on these and other books with frames on the cover at Jacket Whys.
Heartsinger is the better. I love this feature. I'm amazed how many look alikes there are! I'd never noticed that before.
ReplyDeleteHeartsinger is much more pretty--my vote's in for that one!
ReplyDeleteI like the first; nicer colors. The second is very stark and plain.
ReplyDeleteHa! Very Escheresque with the "lookalike" holding up a mirror to herself. I prefer the blue background but I also really like the more prominant freckles. Oh well, six of one . . .
ReplyDeleteI like the second, for the freckles! I'm sad they got erased in #1.
