Lisa, Bright and Dark by John Neufeld
Definitely Anything But Normal. I love lookalikes like these when a stock photo is used in exactly the same way but everything else about the cover is different. Shows how different things can look depending on their environment. Anything But Normal is so bright and creative and Lisa, Bright and Dark so somber and kind of dated. I'm not so in love with the actual stock photo but I love everything else about Anything But Normal.
Thanks to Kelsey for pointing out this lookalike!

I think that stock photo would look awesome if someone brush it up to make it look paranormal!
ReplyDeletethere are SO many lookalikes lately! I think it's become more common than 10 years ago or so. I posted a few on my blog in the last month as well.
ReplyDeleteI like the one with color better!
ReplyDeleteI also love Lookalikes like these - how can the SAME PICTURE give you such different feelings?!?
ReplyDeleteI left you an award on my blog so if you get a second swing by & check it out!

Anything but Normal is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI think I prefer the cover for Lisa, Bright and Dark. I really enjoy seeing the different treatments of the same photo, but the background of Anything But Normal feels so... stuck in there, alongside the face. There's some awkward lining there.
ReplyDeleteBut yeah, fascinating!
I can't tell you how much I love seeing these comparisons. They are so fascinating to me.
