Yah. I don't really like either cover. And, the UK version of If I Stay is no match for the US ones...

ReplyDeleteThe cover of Echoes by Melinda Metz has sort of a similar cover, which I like. It's softer like If I Stay.

ReplyDeleteIf I Stay is probably desaturated to match the content of the book. To have that ghostly etherial feeling. That would be my guess anyway.
ReplyDeleteI definitely prefer the US hardcover of If I Stay much better than the UK paperback. But of these two, I like Cum Laude better, just with smaller text. The title is washed out by all the other text and doesn't pop.
