Your house must be crammed full of books.
ReplyDeleteGood going!! I have A Company of Swans ready to read this year. Just when I read it is anyone's guess.
ReplyDeleteI would need to buy a new bookshelf for that many books. (I've already filled my last shelf and have resorted to book piles in random places throughout the house.)
ReplyDeleteRight now I'm reading Drood by Dan Simmons and A Monstrous Regiment of Women by Laurie R. King. First time with Drood, can't remember how many times I've read Monstrous Regiment. It's one of my favorites.
Also, I loved The Wednesday Sisters! I think you'll enjoy that one a lot.
ReplyDeleteNice stash, as always! I think I would be shouting OMG too over those review books!
ReplyDeleteI WANT TWENTY BOY SUMMER SOOOOO BAD! I'M GONNA NOW TRAVEL TO YOUR HOUSE JUST TO STEAL IT! mwhahahaha!
ReplyDeleteI totally want Twenty Boy Summer and Geektastic!! You must tell me how you got them.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I love the Logan series. It is really good. One of my two fave VCA books is in that series- it's Music in the Night (the 4th one).
And that's an odd cover for Bermudez Triangle- I've never seen it before. Do you know why it's like that?
Come on, you HAVE to post some bookcase pictures! Or at least a total number of books. I'm so curious! I've also been wondering, how do you make them have the plain white background?
ReplyDeleteGreat selection! Right now I'm reading Bone Crossed by Patricia Briggs.
ReplyDeleteAwesome haul!
ReplyDeleteOmg Geektastic looks so amazing. I'm green with Envy! Speaking of Envy, lucky you for getting a free copy.
ReplyDeleteSee I told you Yan was gonna try to steal your books. I told her to snatch Geektastic for me.
OMG YOU GOT GEEKTASTIC??? ME WANTYYYYY!!! I'm so jealous of you right now. LOL It sounds amazinggg.
ReplyDeleteTwenty Boy Summer as well! I really love the cover. So pretty. :)
You had a greattt week.
-Lauren

ReplyDeleteAND OMG YOU GOT SLEEPAWAY GIRLS????!!!! I so call it when you don't want it anymore! Seriously. (: I adore Jen Calonita and it sounds adorable! Lucky you!
I've always wanted to read the Eva Ibbotson book, I've heard really good things about it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful lot of books! I'm very interested in hearing what you think about Heavenly Date and Other Flirtations. I haven't read that one yet but it sounds good.
ReplyDeleteVery nice. Let me know how you like A Company of Swans, k? I've been meaning to read it for a while.

ReplyDeleteYou had such a great week. I want to be your mailbox.
ReplyDeleteOh! Read Twenty Boy Summer soon. I want to see how it is. :P
ReplyDeleteWoo, great book week! This week was a slow one for me.
ReplyDeleteWow. another week of lots of books. I'm with the others, your bookshelves must be out of control!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've read any of these but wow! What a haul! I'm reading Why We Suck by Dr. Denis Leary right now.
ReplyDeleteThe next time my spouse complains about my mail, I'm going to pull up your post. lol How many bookcases do you own?
ReplyDeletebermudaonion- Yes but it's actually just my room!
ReplyDeleteBeth F- Same here haha!
Ruth @ Bookish Ruth- I really only have 3 bookshelves the rest are stacked all over the place. Two of the bookshelves are really small! The Wednesday Sister's does sound like it will be good!
Shalonda- Hehe OMGOMGOMGOMG! :)
Yan- See you soon Yan, I'll be waiting with a snack for you, I'm sure you'll be hungry from the long trip! :P
BookChic- The cover is missing (that's probably bad) but I mooched it and didn't buy it that way so yeah haha. So that's the first page of the book you are seeing.
Taren- I think i emailed you, tell me if i didn't and I just imagined I did!
Liviania and Lenore- Thanks!
Sharonanne- You should just come with her! I'll take you guys bargain book hunting!
Shooting Stars Mag- Sorry :(
Bookworm- I actually haven't read any of her books yet. I have the first 2 in her series and this one just sounds perfect for me!
prophecygirl- Same here!
Belle- I used to read all of his books as them came out but I've gotten very very behind in the last few years! He writes such cutes stories!
Steph Su- Sounds good, might be a few years! :P
Amee- Yeah it's pretty old school and wasn't what I was expecting. I hate mass market paperbacks but oh well!
The Ravenous Reader- Thank you!
Erika Lynn- LOL! I love getting the mail and sadly now that only happens on Saturdays :(
Liv- I will keep that in mind!
S. Krishna- I need a slow one!
Michelle- Bookshelves aren't, everywhere else it! Picture tittering piles!
Ladytink_534- I saw that waiting for the bus stop! Isn't the subtitle something about being fat. He's so not fat!
susan- I only have like 3 i'm using and another from college that's in pieces. Most of my books aren't on shelves :/
I'm thinking you own a secret library somewhere, and are the only one with a key, and that all these books are immaculately arranged on shelves.....
ReplyDeleteBeth- How I wish that were the case!
