Sing Me to Sleep by Angela MorrisonHmm I guess they are both sort of nice. The background for Sharing Sam is a little too plain I guess and the snow maybe a little too much on Sing Me to Sleep. I'm not really digging either of the type treatments on the books. So I guess TIE!

I feel like you do on both, but I love the font on the second one better with the blue semi-script.

ReplyDeleteI wonder if the hand models get paid commissions on each cover that uses the photo.....and like Beth F., I'm drawn to the first one...
ReplyDeleteKelly- Most likely this is just a stock photo so they are paid by the photographer, sign a model release and then it's off into the world for anyone to purchase.

ReplyDeleteMmm, I really like the first one. There's something starkly beautiful about it. However, I like the placement of the author name on the third, although not the title treatment. Decisions, decisions... :)

ReplyDeleteI think I like the first one, Sharing Sam, best. Beth you do not stand alone! I think I just like that the photo is warmer instead of so cold looking. Personally if if was snowing I would be wearing some gloves baby! I also like the type of the title, but not the authors name as much. The should have gone with a more bubbly matching text.

It's hard to choose but I guess I'll go with Sing Me To Sleep. I'm sucker for everything snow-related.
