This Week In Books or Say Hello to the Cuttlefish!

Monday:

Wanted by Sara Shepard

I had about 50 or so pages left in Heartless so I broke down and decided to get the hardcover of Wanted even though hardcovers are icky. Took me two stores to find it, I almost started to panic but then there it was and I was done with it by the next afternoon!

Tuesday:

Knitgrrl 2 by Shannon Okey

This sort of reminded me of my Crochet (Klutz) book, very simple so I thought it might be able to help me conquer knitting in the round!

The Care and Taming of a A Rogue by Suzanne Enoch
Never Resist Temptation by Miranda Neville

It Happened One Night by Various

Love's Legacy by Various

These were used from 2 different stores.

Rest of the week:

Ghostgirl: Lovesick by Tonya Hurley
Heart to Heart by Lurlene McDaniel

The Space Between Trees by Katie Williams

Wildwing by Emily Whitman

The White Horse Trick by Kate Thompson

The Goblin Gate by Hilari Bell

My Dangerous Duke by Gaelen Foley

For review, most surprises!

Outlander by Diana Gabaldon

For an upcoming blog tour, boy is it LONG!

  1. But the Diana Gabaldon books are SO GOOD. I was just thinking the other day that I need to reread the earlier ones so I can catch up.

  2. You don't like hardbacks? How come?

I love them myself, I'm always disappointed when books I love are only available in paperback since they don't look good for very long (a couple of reads and the spine starts to bend, etc). Though I still buy masses of paperbacks since they're so much cheaper.

  5. Lanta- Because they are so stiff and heavy and poke me in the hands! I rather a book mold to my hand that force me to mold to it. I much prefer trade paperbacks!

  10. Good Golly Miss Holly- That's true, for instance The Space Between Trees. But for comfort they just won't do for me. And also I like a cover to be on a cover instead of on a dust jacket lol!

  11. very excited about space between trees - on pre order and hoping amazon get it to me soon - I'll be interested to see what you think of it - on the note of hardback books I literally can't get enough of them if I had the money I'd replace all of my paperbacks with hardbacks

I'm curious to see what you think about Outlander. I'm still on the fence, partly because of how long it is.
