My Worst Fear

See this book, doesn't it look good!

Now see the spine? Does something look wrong to you...

Do you see it now? Oh my gosh Assignment is spelled wrong! Apparently someone forgot to use spellcheck! I hope I never do that!

I just noticed this and had to share!

That is too funny. I wonder how many people missed that before it went to press.

  5. Khy- At first I was like hmm is this an ARC, but it's not! Maybe our editions are different? I'm glad it was eventually caught!

  10. Wow, random discovery! I don't know how long it would take for me to notice something like that!

Since you discovered it, I nominate you to hunt down all the copies and make sure it's spelled right or add in the 'n'! Haha, doesn't that sound like fun? :)

  14. I have this book, signed. I imagine mine is misspelled, too, (did they, at any point, realize & fix it?) but it's 4000 miles away, so I can't check. And now it's going to bug me. When next I see my copy, the spine will be the first thing I look at.

  22. I just got this book from Swap because Steph so highly recommended it. Just checked and my copy is the same as yours! I've never been observant like that so I'm not surprised I hadn't yet noticed. :P

  24. That's the first thing I noticed when you showed the photo of the spine...I think that's because I'm always conscious of how I spell that word. I used to get it wrong a lot in school.

  25. Yes, you should be thrilled that you may just have a rare collectable :)
