In this post you can see her signing it and here's my review and interview with her!
If you need a reminder here's the blurb:
From Amazon.com:
What do you do if you can deadlift a car, and you spend your nights flying to get away from it all? If you’re fifteen-year-old Avery Pirzwick, you keep that information to yourself. When you’re a former jock turned freak, you can’t afford to let the secret slip. But then Avery makes some friends who are as extraordinary as he is. He realizes they’re more than just freaks—together, maybe they have a chance to be heroes. First, though, they have to decide whether to trust the mysterious Cherchette, a powerful would be mentor whose remarkable generosity may come at a terrible price.
Onto the rules!

I'm not sure, but I don't think I'd like the ability to mind read - it would take all the fun out of conversations, etc.
ReplyDeleteI never would wish to have the power of seeing the future. Almost everybody things it would be awesome, but I don´t is awesome knowing how your family will die and when... And is the same if you try to avoid the death, because you will still know how and when.

I wouldnt want to be able to fly. Heights scare the bejesus out of me.
ReplyDeletePurdypirate@gmail.com
I guess the super power i wish i would never have would be the ability to read minds, i mean sure it's cool to be able to read someone's mind at first but then you get to the part where people don't like you and stuff that could defineatly lower ur self esteme and it makes you able to cheat without meaning to

I want to control time O.O so that way I can get you to pick me as the winner when the "time" comes. Also to REWIND time so I'm not exactly last in the giveaway entry lol
ReplyDeleteI'm agreeing with everyone who said they wouldn't want to be able to read minds. Actions are more important than thoughts to me anyway.
ReplyDeleteUmmm... prolly would hate to be a person who could tell when people are lying to me. I would prolly get my feelings hurt a lot.

I would not want to be able to read minds. I know that's what a lot of people said, but it's true. I would hate to be able to do that. It would ruin every surprise and isn't fair to whoever you're talking to..

So many super powers have their good sides and bad sides, but I definately would not want the super power of like melting. That was be just awful! Like oh hello! how're you pardon me while I melt?

Flight, while a simple power, would bring me endless joy. Either that or something alchemical.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win this! Count me in!
ReplyDeleteThe super power I don't wanna have would have to be to control minds. I don't wanna control people. They have free will you know?
Email: regietc@gmail.com
I would have said the ability to read minds, because man, some people have crazy thoughts, but then I thought of something worse.
ReplyDeleteI would see the ability to see through things. Imagine when you're going through puberty and you inherit this power. You wouldn't have a lot control over it, so then what if it decides to kick in all of a sudden when you're staring at some super fat, uber hairy to the max, sweaty guy?!
greenteaonlyplease(at)gmail.com
I wouldn't want any super power! Haha. Everyone would just expect you to show it off then. And even if you were anonymous, you'd be expected to use it to fight crime or whatever.
ReplyDeleteI would never want to be able to read minds. I don't want to know what people are thinking about me...
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing~

I wouldn't want laser vision because I'd end up hurting or destroying someone or something.
ReplyDeletekatiesbookshelf@ymail.com
I wouldn't want to have the ability of being super strong.
ReplyDeleteadrienne2093(at)comcast(dot)net
Melting or bending powers. Its just really lame
ReplyDeletevampireprincess2468@yahoo.com
I don't think I'd want to have the power to manipulate people's emotions and feelings. I could make someone like me who was a bully, or I could use it for love to make someone love me back. But it wouldn't be true affections, just my own.

ReplyDeleteI think the best power would be to be like Samantha of Bewitched. to twitch your nose and have things be done! Would love that! Or read minds at will. that would be cool too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
dcf_beth at verizon dot net
i would never want to be able to read peoples minds. That truly scares me, i think it would be such a violation and such a temptation as well sadly,it would be fun for maybe an hour. then never again.
ReplyDeletewheresmyrain at yahoo dot com
I would want the ability to compel things and people to do what I want with my mind. Like keep all my traffic lights green and make the opposite lights red so I could sail through traffic.
ReplyDeleterubymoonstone at gmail dot com
If I could have any superpower, it would definitely be something like mindreading. Of course, it would only be a good superpower if I could turn it off every once in a while.

I've been watching too much True Blood and reading too much Sookie, but I would definitely NOT want to mindread. How frustrating that'd be!
ReplyDeletea super power I'd NEVER wish to have? That's a really good spin of a question! xD Hmm, I think being able to hear (and feel) people's emotions would suck. Kinda like Ever from Evermore! o__O

I would certainly not want the power to see the future unless I was able to change that future! Otherwise it would be horrible!
This sounds like an awesome book! Please enter me.
ReplyDeleteI would never want to see the unchangeble future! For obvious reasons such as seeing the death of a loved one and not being able to stop it, ect. ect. ect.
(Sorry forgot my email)

I would not want the super power of being able to absorb others' powers. Not being able to touch somebody else for fear of hurting them would be scary.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great question- and harder to choose what you wouldn't want versus which power I would like!

Bahaha! A super-power you DON'T want to have? Umm well unlike everyone else who's saying they don't wanna see the future, or read minds, and all that jazz.. let's spice it up a little. I would HATE to have to fart everytime I'm about to speak. Gahh that would just get so disgusting. [:
