Like Eli told me, who suggested this one, it's hard to tell if this is the same photo shoot/model. The pose is so similar and the straps on the dress are too, the model's face and the pattern/bottom of the dress and the background are different though. It could be a photoshop job? Or maybe it's just a coincidence! I definitely see the book cover as softer and sleeker and after all that back and forth I think it might just be a coincidence. I guess I have to pick the book cover as my favorite, much better contrast and I like the sleekness.

So the Undercurrent album is one of several variations on the same released over the last 18 or so years. Not actually sure when the original was released. But I think for this one I like the second one (the book) the most. I just like the colors and title treatment and layout much better.

I'm about 90 percent sure that's the same girl. What do you think? She's definitely in a similar environment in both images which helps my case. I definitely like the second cover better, I like how it's in focus and the colors are more saturated. I also like the girl's pose and how there is a guy in the picture too, it's more dimensional.

This is another easy one, the second cover wins for me by a landslide. It has color, more personality and a great composition! I'm not so sure about the title treatment though, it takes away slightly from the rest of the cover. The first cover is just too monochromatic for my own taste. This is a great one because there isn't a duplicate photograph but has several similar elements. Black background, flower, and for the first two, similar handwritten title treatments. I can't pick a favorite, I like how simple the first one is but I like the colors of the flower in the second and how the third combines the flower with the type.

These photos have to be from the same shoot! Seemingly same shoes, wand, tights, sidewalk and dress! What is also interesting is that they both use only partially colored images and a large band on the top for the title. It's hard to pick a favorite for me, I like the color of the first cover and the composition of the second.

So these are very similar! Especially the Dirty Laundry cover and Cracked Up to Be ARC cover. They are totally the same photo down to the bleacher! I do wonder if that's why the Cracked Up to Be final cover is different that the ARC? But anyhow, between these covers I like the Cracked Up to Be final cover better because of the outdoor environment and the greens. On the Dirty Laundry cover it doesn't make sense to me why that bleacher is on a white background. I really like the color palette on the Dirty Laundry cover and title placement though!

Ad at a local grocery store

So I walked into the grocery store this morning is search of some healthy food and stood outside the door dumbfounded with my mouth hanging open seeing this lookalike. I went back later in the day to snap this picture.

So I'd say it's a pretty easy choice this time, the book cover is so beautiful I love the illustrations! Notice the difference in eye color, green to match the green of the cover and blue to match the blue of the ad. I wonder which is her real eye color, who knows maybe she really has brown eyes!

So (if it's even a choice) which is your favorite?

Check out the similar composition between the first two, for not being the same picture they look a lot alike! The third cover reminds me of the atmosphere of the first cover. My vote is going to the middle cover, usually I got for poppy happy colors over dark mute colors any day! I do really like the title treatment of the first two though!

Doing two lookalikes this week, this one was too good to not post right now. It looks to me like the photos of the girl are one off from each other, they are totally the same girl to me, hair, nose lips.

I like them both but like Khy said, there is something a bit off about the Awakening, I think it's the hands, they just look weird, sort of illustrated/stylized compared to the rest of the image. And also, I'm not feeling the title treatment. Actually, the hand on Fragile Eternity is a little weird too, in the highlights/shadows and I would like for the girl to be slightly more in focus. I like that title treatment better though. 

So I like the title treatment of the first cover and the face of the second and the hands of none! And these are being released a week apart from each other!
