How sad, I only have 1 thing to share this week, remember when I had tons and tons, well no more. :( I only worked on my lace scarf but I worked on it a lot over the weekend actually and during the entire airing of the Golden Globes on Sunday, I couldn't stop! But since it is lace it really didn't get very big ha! Hopefully you got more crafting done than I did!
For more crafty goodness be sure to stop over at WIP Wednesday! And find me on Raverly as mint910.
It looks amazing! I'm impressed with how much you've done since you kept saying you haven't done a lot.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen the book Vampire Knits? I so want to get that book. I've been meaning to get back into knitting and I think this book will be the catalyst to renewing my hobby.
ReplyDeleteYour right about lace. You can knit a mile of it but it looks like a few inches on the needles. Your scarf will look awesome once it's blocked though! Hope the new job is going well!
ReplyDeleteAh, welcome to the world of mere mortal knitters. :) Once you get settled in, you'll be able to squeeze in more. Honest. Hope the job is coming along as well as the scarf (which looks fabulous)!
ReplyDeleteSorry you don't have as much crafting time as you used to. Hope the new job is going well!
ReplyDeleteI might have missed this, but are you making an eternity scarf? What yarn are you using -- it looks gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI've been busy making cupcake hats and a cupcake scarf. Started an afghan last night too!
That looks fantastic! I can't wait to see it when it's finished.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteJulie P.- It is actually a scarf you knit in the round and then you drop a group of stitches and cut them in half to make fringe! The yarn is from Knit Picks!
Alison- Yes! I have that book, I haven't made anything from it though!
I agree with autumngeisha - just wait till you block it & see how great it is!
ReplyDeleteCool and crafty. :)
ReplyDeleteThat looks great! And I am a new follower! Hehehe... Happy Reading! ^^
